If you refer a friend or family member, who becomes a new self-paying patient, we'll give you £10.00 off your next treatment.
There is no limit to the number of new patients you can refer. For each new patient you introduce, we'll give you £10.00 off your next treatment. So the more new people you refer, the more discount you get.
How to refer a friend or family member?
Visit one of our Physio Med clinics in Leeds or Guiseley, to get a "recommend a friend form". Both parties must complete the form.
Once the new patient has paid for their treatment, we will give you £10.00 off your next treatment.
Terms and conditions
- The new patient referral must be a friend, family member or co-worker. Referrals from a healthcare provider or an employer are not allowed.
- Once the new patient has been for their treatment, we will give you £10.00 discount off your next treatment.
- The £10.00 discount will last for 12 months and the discount is non-transferable.
- This offer may change or improve from time to time.
